240 square feet constructed in compliance with the City of Austin new 2024 “Tiny Home” regulations, including with R310.2 and the Alternative Method of Compliance (AMOC) for approval.

This tiny home was of record per TCAD since 1951, allowing the development and construction team to obtain ‘grandfathered status’ after more than two years of being under construction.

This detached dwelling unit was installed on a permanent foundation, is permanently connected to water, sewer, and electrical utilities, and meets all energy conservation requirements (AQ 106 - 2024 IRC), and features high-end finishes, along with great outdoor entertainment areas.
